Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Prepare and cook carrots in microwave (slice carrots on the diagonal or use baby carrots). In large skillet, cook and stir brown sugar, salt, orange peel and butter until bubbly. Add carrots and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until carrots are heated and glazed through. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
