Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
    2 c. milk
    graham crackers
    semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix instant pudding and 2 cups milk; stir in Cool Whip.
