Cheese Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls (Pillsbury)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
powdered sugar
Preparation

Remove crescent rolls from package and pat 1 package crescent dough carefully on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice together. Carefully spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough in pan. Cover with remaining crescent dough.
Beat egg white until foamy and spread on top of dough.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
