Black Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. black beans
10 c. water
2/3 c. olive oil
1 big onion, minced
4 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry wine
1 laurel leaf
2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation

Wash beans and put them in water for several hours.
Cook them in same water.
In a separate pan, heat the 2/3 cup olive oil. Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic; add to beans.
Also add salt, pepper, oregano, lauren leaf and sugar.
Bring to boil; cook for another hour.
Add vinegar and dry wine and cook at low heat for another hour.
When ready to serve, add the 2 teaspoons olive oil.
