Two Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    2 small cucumbers
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until fork-tender; let cool!
    Cut cucumbers lengthwise in half; remove seeds, then cut crosswise into 1-inch chunks.
    Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add potatoes and cucumbers!
    Cover and chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
