Vietnamese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. celery
    1/4 c. onions
    2 eggs
    1 c. Spam, chopped
    soy sauce
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Cook celery and onions in oil until tender.
    Add eggs and scramble.
    Add Spam, rice and cabbage; toss. Sprinkle with soy sauce and toss.
    Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 adults.
