Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1/3 to 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine ground meat, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 4 patties. Brown in margarine.
    Cook onion along with burgers.
    After they are browned, top with soup, water, basil and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles and a vegetable.
