Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese (yellow)
    1 c. cocoa
    4 lb. powdered sugar (sifted)
    1 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese slowly after chopping up.
    At low speed, mix in powdered sugar (after sifting) and cocoa in large bowl.
    Add vanilla to liquid.
    Mix all together.
    Use 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans or Pyrex dishes.
    Let harden in refrigerator.
    Cut in pieces.
