Caesar Salad(Serves 4 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

romaine lettuce
2 Tbsp. anchovies
1 tsp. garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. olive oil
fresh cracked pepper
2 Tbsp. dried Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Using a large bowl, take a large spoon and mash anchovies and garlic into a paste.
Add Dijon mustard; mix good.
Add egg yolk and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir the olive oil in slowly until it thickens.
Toss enough romaine lettuce to serve 4 people.
Add fresh cracked pepper, then top with Parmesan cheese.
