Sweet Potatoes On Pineapple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
pineapple slices, drained
marshmallows

Preparation

Beat the sweet potatoes, salt, butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Place pineapple slices on a baking sheet.
Pile sweet potato mixture on pineapple slices.
Top each serving with a marshmallow.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.
