Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot pork sausage (uncooked)
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix together.
(Best not to use fat-free or low-fat pork.
May make Sausage Balls too dry.)
Knead to form soft dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
These may be fast-frozen, then stored in plastic container until ready to use.
Bake frozen at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
