Curried Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots (3 c.)
    1 can mandarin oranges
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lemon juice
    1 green onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cut carrots into 1/4-inch slanting slices.
    Drain the oranges, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
    In a wide frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
    Add carrots and orange juice. Cook, covered until carrots are tender and most of the juice has evaporated.
    In a cup, stir together curry powder, salt and lemon juice.
    Add and let cook for 1 minute, then add the remaining ingredients and cook three minutes more.
