Wild Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
    1 c. celery
    3/4 c. cooked cubed chicken
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onions, tops and all
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice per package directions.
    Combine chicken, olives, onions, pecans, celery and mayo.
    Add mixture to rice.
    Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Take out 30 minutes before serving.
    Stir and serve.
