Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine water, sugar and raisins.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
    Dissolve with 1 tablespoon cold water and cornstarch. Stir into raisin mixture, then add lemon juice.
    Cook until liquid is clear.
    Makes 3 cups raisin sauce.
