Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    3 or 4 boiled eggs
    1 small can drained olives
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 doz. tortillas
    1 large bell pepper
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper.
    Add chopped olives, eggs and hot sauce.
    Add 3/4 can of enchilada sauce.
    Heat remaining sauce. Dip tortillas into hot sauce and fill with meat mixture; fold and lay in pan.
    Put grated cheese and extra sauce over enchiladas. Warm in oven until cheese melts.
