Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. syrup
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. broken pecans
    premade pie crust
Preparation
    Boil sugar and syrup together 2 to 3 minutes.
    Beat eggs with whisk until mixed well.
    Pour hot sugar syrup mixture over beaten eggs slowly.
    Add butter, vanilla and salt.
    Put pecans in unbaked 9-inch pie shell on rack in oven; pour sugar syrup mixture over pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes or until set.
