Blond Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a saucepan and cool slightly.
    Add brown sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients; add walnuts and stir.
    Mix together wet and dry ingredients and stir well.
    Spread in an 8 x 8-inch well-greased pan.
    Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
