Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, well beaten
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a large, hot iron skillet, greased with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
