Strawberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped strawberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    2 c. La Creme whipped topping with real cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Combine remaining dry ingredients.
    Add margarine, eggs and strawberry mixture.
    Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
    Pour in a greased 9 x 15-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine the cream cheese and milk. Mix at medium speed until well blended.
    Fold in remaining topping and spread on cooled bread.
