Apple Pie(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 big, tart apples (baking)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 (2 layer) pie crust
Preparation

Peel apples.
Take out the core.
Cut into small pieces.
Put into the mixing bowl.
Add cinnamon, flour and sugar to apples and mix together.
Fill one shell with apple mixture.
Put the other pie shell on top.
Poke a few holes in the top so hot air can get out as it bakes.
Bake for 1 hour, until light brown.
