Hot Crabmeat Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crabmeat or 10 oz. fresh crabmeat
8 oz. cream cheese, softened (non or low-fat can be used)
1 Tbsp. milk or skim milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 green onions, chopped
slivered almonds
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Rinse, drain and flake crabmeat; remove all shell fragments.
Stir softened cream cheese.
Add milk and Worcestershire; mix thoroughly.
Mix in green onions.
Add crabmeat to mixture.
Spray an 8-inch Pyrex or ceramic baking dish with Pam.
Put mixture in a dish.
Spread evenly and top with slivered almonds.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with crackers.
