Zucchini Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. coarsely grated unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. dry Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    fresh or can mushrooms (optional)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. instant beef or 2 cubes crushed and dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 large egg, beaten
    zucchini slices (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix thoroughly. Pack into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
