Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can Mexican corn, drained
    2 small hot peppers
    2 c. self-rising meal (corn bread)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together; pour half into well-greased baking dish.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Pour the rest of the batter over the cheese. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
