Parmigiano(Italian Eggplant) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 lb. hamburger
    spaghetti sauce (could use Del Grosses)
    2 eggs
    1 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Skin eggplant and slice it.
    Dip in egg and fry, drain well. Place in a baking dish one layer of eggplant, sprinkle of cheese, then sauce.
    Then another layer of eggplant, etc.
    Be certain there is sauce on top.
    Bake in oven 1 hour.
    Serve hot and cut like a cake.
