Banana Sour Cream Walnut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
    2 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and bananas.
    Beat until well blended.
    Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt.
    Add alternately with sour cream to banana mixture, stirring just to blend.
    Stir in walnuts.
    Spoon batter into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan, greased and floured on the bottom only.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until loaf tests done.
    Let stand in pan and cool.
    Wrap in plastic wrap to store.
