Easy Microwave Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend powdered sugar and cocoa in microwavable mixing bowl. Add milk and butter. Do Not Stir. Cook 2 minutes on High and stir ingredients to blend. Add vanilla and nuts; mix well. Pour into buttered dish. Freeze 20 minutes or chill in the refrigerator 1 hour. Cut into squares.
