Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 medium onion
    5 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1 1/2 c. old-fashioned rice
    1 stalk celery
Preparation
    Brown sausage with onion and drain; set aside.
    In separate pan, bring water to a boil.
    Add soup, celery and rice.
    Cook these three 10 to 12 minutes.
    Crumble into soup mixture the sausage and onion mixture.
    Bake in 2-quart dish at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
