Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, blend the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter and nuts.
    Pack the spread into a 1 cup crock, custard cup or small bowl.
    Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled as a spread for crackers.
