Creole Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. unsalted tomato juice
    2 c. cooked green beans
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in fat until onion is yellow. Blend in flour, add tomato juice gradually and cook for 5 minutes. Add beans and heat thoroughly.
