Chicken Pan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cooked chicken, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can peas
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
pepper to taste
Preparation

Place chicken in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add peas and mixed vegetables.
Combine soup and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil; pour over chicken.
Next, combine butter, salt, pepper and flour in a saucepan; heat on medium and then add buttermilk. Stir together well.
Spoon over top of pie and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
