Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pot roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. water
    6 potatoes
    6 carrots
Preparation
    Flour roast on both sides, then brown in frying pan.
    Put roast and all the other ingredients into crock-pot (6-quart size if possible).
    Start the night before or cook the standard 8 to 9 hours.
    Cook on medium or low.
