Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size cooking apples (1 1/4 lb.), chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yields 4 cups.
