Alf'S Special Hot Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs, whipped
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. flour

Preparation

Put eggs in bowl and whip until yellow and frothy.
Blend in sour cream and cottage cheese until smooth.
Add flour; mix until flour is blended.
Pour batter into hot skillet with melted butter.
Cook until golden brown.
