Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. catsup or tomato sauce
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 egg
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    6 to 8 saltines, crumbled
Preparation
    Beat egg in small bowl.
    Add crackers, salt, evaporated milk and catsup.
    In large bowl, mix beef with onion and pepper.
    Mix in egg mixture.
    Pat into loaf pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
