Southwest Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 c. 2% low-fat milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. lean ground pork
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped green bell pepper
    1 large garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    4 oz. jalapeno pepper Monterey Jack cheese
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Whisk together the milk and egg; mix in the hot pasta. Spread the mixture in a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook the pork, onion, green pepper and garlic together in a large skillet for about 6 minutes over medium heat, until the pork is cooked through.
    Drain or spoon off excess fat.
    Stir the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and black pepper into the pork and cook for about 2 minutes.
    Stir in the tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes more.
