Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 small can water chestnuts
1 c. corn flakes, crumbled
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes and almonds. Sprinkle them over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, or until browned lightly.
