Preston'S Mama'S Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep dish pie shell
    4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    sliced ham or cooked bacon
    sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Brown pie shell; let cool.
    Place ham or bacon on bottom of pie shell, followed by sliced tomatoes and onion.
    Make 2 tiers of meat, tomatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Mix grated cheese and mayonnaise together; spread on top of pie. Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
