Potato Salad From Ireland - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 c. shredded green cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chilled and cubed
    3 or 4 medium-large red potatoes
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 bunches sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped dill pickle
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until done. Drain and cube.
    Toss other ingredients gently and stir in potatoes.
    Chill.
    Serves 6 to 8.
