Primavera Linguini(Simply Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1 envelope Lipton Vegetable rice soup mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    8 oz. linguini, cooked and drained (hot)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter and flour.
    Stir in the soup mix and blend all with milk.
    Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce is thickened and vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Toss sauce with hot linguini and add more Parmesan cheese, if desired.
