Buttermilk Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 qt. buttermilk, warmed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    oil (for frying)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften the yeast in warm water.
    Pour warm buttermilk into a large warm bowl.
    Add the sugar, eggs, oil, salt, baking powder and baking soda; mix well.
    Add the softened yeast and mix.
    Add 4 cups of flour and beat until smooth.
    Add the remaining 4 cups of flour to make dough soft.
    Cover; let the dough rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until double in bulk.
    Punch the dough down to its original size.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
