Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Melt butter, blend in flour and salt and add milk.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
