Fruity Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oats (quick or old-fashioned), uncooked
1 c. flour or 1/4 c. oat brand and 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (1 large)
1/2 c. raisins or chopped dried apricots, dates or prunes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg white
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Combine oats, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with dry ingredients just until moistened.
