Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can Spanish rice
4 bell peppers
dash of salt and pepper
tomato sauce
Preparation

Wash peppers and take out seeds.
Put peppers in cold water and bring to a boil.
Boil approximately 3 minutes or until they just start to soften.
Drain good.
Salt and pepper inside of peppers.
Put peppers in baking dish and fill with the following:
