Sauerbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Sirloin Tip Roast 3 -3 1/2 lbs.
    6 bay leaves
    2 lg. onions
    small bottle of ketchup
    3 c. water
    8 cloves
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put meat in roaster - add everything.
    Cover and roast at 350\u00b0 40 minutes to the pound - do not overcook.
