Cheese-Chive Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vegetable shortening
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt with fork.
Cut in shortening.
Stir in cheese and chives.
Mix and turn onto lightly floured board.
Roll and cut in small size biscuits.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Brush with melted butter before or after baking.
