Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cooked carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. walnuts
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cooked carrots, oil, baking powder, cinnamon and eggs in a mixing bowl.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts/and or raisins. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
