Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
    1/2 c. corn
    1/2 c. peas
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat margarine in 2 quart saucepan until melted.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.
    Remove from heat; stir in milk and broth.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish (10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch).
    Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes.
