Easy Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl, gradually adding beer and stirring just until moistened. Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until loaf tests done.
    Brush top with margarine.
    Cool loaf in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Slice with electric knife.
    Yields 1 loaf.
