Corn Light Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. meal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. sugar (1/2 c. is plenty)
    3 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 tsp. yeast
Preparation
    Melt shortening in loaf pan.
    Mix excess with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
