Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sliced potatoes
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 small diced onion (fine)
    ham chunks
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter
    milk
Preparation
    Put 1/2 potatoes in pan.
    Add 1/2 ham.
    Sprinkle 1/2 onions over.
    Add 1/2 butter.
    Sprinkle 1/2 flour over all.
    Add 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat process.
    Pour milk in pan until you can see it halfway up the pan.
    Cover.
    Bake on 425\u00b0 until done (about 1 hour).
